  • 775 Students Given Laptops from Computer For Youth

    A division of Computers for Youth distributed laptops to 775 sixth grade students and their families at local, low-income middle schools in Atlanta thanks to a $12,500 donation from three of CompTIA’s Communities and Councils.   • CompTIA Asks Councils and Communities for Help in Revamping Healthcare Tools

    CompTIA will retire a handful of educational materials at the end of 2014 to freshen up its library and make room for better tools related to the fast-changing healthcare market. “Our initial take on healthcare IT didn’t fully embrace the exciting things that are happening in that market, so we’re going to go back to the drawing board with member help,” said Stephanie Morgan, CompTIA’s director of member education.

  • Data Entry Clerk Uses CertMaster to Prepare for A+ and Level Up His Career

  • CompTIA Donation Helps Cedar Rapids Students Connect

    Many students in the diverse student body of Hoover Elementary in Cedar Rapids come from struggling families and nearly a quarter of their population is learning English for the first time. A donation from one of CompTIA’s member communities has been used on technology buys that will help students stay on track and help the school close its achievement gap.
