People often talk about how IT is a male-dominated industry, but rarely do something to directly change this. The Creating IT Futures Foundation recently took such a step, graduating its first IT-Ready class intentionally made up of women – drawn from a diverse range of ages and ethnicities. The ceremony was a mixture of raw emotion and humor.
