CompTIA is rolling out free legal resources for Premier Members in Australia.
A Managed Service Provider (MSP) Agreement template, which covers everything your business needs when entering into a MSP contract, is now available.
The MSP Agreement provides the basic forms any MSP – whether new to the market or an established provider – will need to sell software and services and conduct negotiations, and contract their services.
The MSP agreement and future legal resources and templates are created specifically for the unique needs of IT companies in Australia. Once complete, this set of legal documents will form a comprehensive yet easy-to-use library to help you work through the legal issues that arise in day-to-day business operations.
CompTIA’s in-house law team, supported by outside legal experts, developed the portfolio of resources. The goal is to provide you with information on legal matters covering virtually all aspects of the lifecycle of a business.
