CompTIA Technology Lifecycle Services Community Shows Great Momentum This Year

TLS took great strides forward last year, as reflected from its name change from ITSS to TLS. Get a look at what the community has planned in 2018 and all its rich resources.

TLS-graphic_editLast year, the CompTIA Technology Lifecycle Services Community took great strides forward. In addition to producing many resources, we got laser-focused on how the industry is changing and how the community needed to change with it to remain relevant. Changing our name from ITSS to Technology Lifecycle Services made us more relevant for more firms and opened the door for us to align with new technologies, service areas and industries.

As part of that rebranding, we introduce the Technology Services Lifecycle graphic. This graphic describes the many different services that are part of the technology services lifecycle. It can be used to explain the services your company offers, consider if there are related services you might want to offer, and get past limited or outdated views of technology services.

We hope that you find this to be a useful tool for your business. In 2018, this graphic will be used to organize resources and events created by the community.
